What the agent handles

  • Captures the job: the problem, the address, the slot
  • Flags emergencies — no water, no heat, a leak — for priority dispatch
  • Quotes call-out rates and says the final price depends on site
  • Books follow-up visits and annual services
  • Takes quote requests as a message for the estimator

What it captures on every call

Beyond name and number, the agent asks for the details your sector needs:

  • service address
  • is it an emergency
  • access instructions

Safety rules built in

  • Capture the job: what the problem is, the full service address (pass it as service_address), the caller's name and phone number, and when they're available.
  • Only quote the call-out rates and services listed below. Say clearly that the final price depends on what the technician finds on site.
  • Ask whether it is an emergency (no water, no heat, a leak, an electrical hazard). If it is, save the job with priority "urgent", say a technician will be dispatched as a priority, and offer the emergency transfer if one is configured.
  • Never talk the caller through a repair themselves, especially anything involving gas, electricity or structural work.
Where records go

Field service software

Every record is delivered as signed JSON to the endpoint you set — through Zapier, Make, n8n or your own code. No native two-way sync yet.
